2010 COLNAGO CF-7

Two great Italian companies come together in the CF-7, a special version of the Colnago EPS for renowned car manufacturer Ferrari.
Befitting Ferrari’s technological edge, the CF-7 uses ultra-high and high-modulus unidirectional carbon fiber, following design concepts created when Colnago and Ferrari Engineering worked together to create our first carbon fiber bicycles.

Using 3D design and finite element analysis Colnago created an optimized composite lay-up in the key zones where force is transmitted to and from the road. The result is an incredible ride, with reduced vibration and stress from irregular road surfaces.

A full suite of Italian components including Campagnolo Super Record and Ferrari-Colnago carbon fiber wheels completes this celebration of technology and passion.

The CF-7 is available in a limited edition of just 99 bicycles.

2010 COLNAGO Rock

New for 2010, the Rock continues Colnago’s involvement with mountain biking with our best ever composite cross-country racing frame.

The Beta carbon front triangle is moulded in one piece for strength and stiffness. The use of advanced composites keeps the weight down, but provides the strength needed for off-road racing.

More than any other discipline, mountain biking demands a tough frame, so Rock uses aluminum dropouts to manage the loads from the rear wheel and brake.

Rock is optimised for an 80-100mm travel fork and comes with the easily replaced 1 1/8in C-HS semi-integrated headset.

2010 COLNAGO Cross Prestige

Developed with input from cyclo-cross world champion Sven Nys, the new Cross Prestige is the ultimate carbon frame for the rough and tumble of winter racing in the mud and snow of Belgium or Oregon.

An alfa carbon monocoque front triangle makes it tough, while lugged seatstays and chainstays maximise mud clearance.

Sven Nys requested a bike that was easier to carry, so we developed a unique bridge between top tube annd seat tube, giving more options to shoulder the bike.

High modulus carbon fiber keeps the Cross Prestige light, while Colnago cyclo-cross geometry keeps it stable at any speed.

Lugged, bonded carbon fiber construction is the best way to balance these aims and give the flexibility to make 22 different sizes so your EPS will fit perfectly.

The lugs and tubes are produced in Northern Italy to Colnago's exacting specifications and then bonded right here in Cambiago. The result is transcendent: smooth, powerful and precise.
